Curriculum Content Developer II, April 2021 — June 2022
An EdTech streaming platform with a mission to make creative fulfillment attainable to everyone with world leading classes and instructors such as David Blaine, H.E.R, Idina Menzel, and Charlie Puth
Wrote, created, designed, and developed online video series, creative learning content, and structured classes across creative verticals (e.g. film scoring, writing, etc.) that became the primary product offerings
Led, designed, and directed the Magic with David Blaine online class from concept to launch, most enrolled class since its launch, generated over $1 million in revenue in its first 3 months with over 85% of users highly rating their experience
Wrote and edited digital user experiences, product copy, marketing copy, social media posts, landing pages, and 70 user-facing emails that led to a retention of 95% of users who subscribed
Wrote and edited the video scripts, creative content and plans, and structured lessons for a 65+ production crew to film over an 11 day shoot, met all deadlines, delivered creative feedback during filming
Project managed and directed a cross-functional process of 10+ stakeholders in product, marketing, and C-suite
Created the team strategy for consumer research, conducted in-depth research, interviewed experts and users to rapidly develop subject matter expertise and translate research into written content

Authored a 55 page research honors thesis on the illness narratives of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS)
